Hello, I’m Kristen Oliver, a real estate agent with Howard Hanna serving buyers and sellers throughout Butler, Lawrence, Beaver, and Mercer Counties.

For me, real estate is about much more than properties—it is about people, their goals, and the next chapter of their lives. As a local mom and recent first-time homeowner, I understand how exciting and overwhelming a move can feel. I remember the questions, decisions, and emotions that came with buying my own home, and that experience helps me relate to clients who are navigating the process themselves.

Before entering real estate, I built my career in hospitality and customer service. Those experiences taught me how to listen carefully, communicate with people from all walks of life, stay organized in fast-moving situations, and solve problems calmly under pressure. Today, I bring those same skills to every client relationship.

When I’m not working in real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, gardening, and organizing and decorating my own home. I love creating spaces that feel comfortable, welcoming, and personal, as well as discovering more of the communities I’m proud to serve.
